"Guard your heart above all else, for everything you do flows from it." - Proverbs 4:23

Sunday, we learned about taking small steps (The three P's) to guard our hearts:

1. Protect against Poison - things that corrupt us

2. Beware of Pride - it starts small but grows

3. Be wise about People - some can damage our hearts

When we guard our hearts and surrender to God, the Holy Spirit stands as a sentry at the door, giving us discernment and peace beyond understanding.
